Before reviewing a website for Worst of the Web, we carefully and painfully (oh the pain!) collect as many truly bad websites as we can. Maybe it's the design, maybe it's the presentation, maybe it's just the insanity. This is where we quarantine them. Some of these are merely links pages or collections of worst websites.
